At Bellflower Blends, we expertly mix various sugars and flavors to create unique blends.
Explore the beautiful art of sugar with our unique blends. Our original mix, “Winding Ridge,” was first shared with friends and family in 2012. Since then, we’ve experimented with 35 global sweeteners, creating a variety of flavors—sweet, savory, floral, and playful. We’re proud to be “Gourmet Sugar Mixologists,” having researched each sweetener's flavor profile to enhance your senses. By merging creative ideas and traditional knowledge, we craft delightful new recipes.
We carefully source our ingredients. Currently, 70% of our sugars are Certified Organic, and all are non-GMO. We ensure our sugar is Fair Trade, meaning workers are treated well and paid fairly. We avoid chemical flavorings; for instance, our orange sugar uses Organic orange zest and juice. We blend and age our sugars for a purer taste. Each flavor has unique notes that will keep you wanting more.
We understand that our prices may seem high. However, we handcraft our small-batch sugars using the best ingredients, similar to premium gourmet chocolate. When you buy "Orange Sugar" from a store, it’s usually just regular sugar with a spray of orange essence, which is very different from our careful blending of 35 global sugars for rich flavor and texture. Our flavorings come from a complex process using fresh, organic ingredients, like our unique vanilla bean infusions that age for many years.
