Note: Our Sugar blends can be used “as is” to sprinkle on top of a dish, baked in, or with a quick spin in a food processor, to add a spark of immense flavor to any dish.

Bellflower Blends Tips & Tricks:

  • Replace a portion (up to 1/2) of plain white sugar in any recipe with any of our smaller-grained sugars (like Viva Vanilla Bean, LOL!, or Outrageous Orange, to name but a few) to add more depth to the flavor and sweetness of your baked goods. (See our recipe page for some great ideas!!)

  • Add to your pie crusts inside the mixture, or sprinkle on top of your pies before they bake

  • Substitute a portion of white sugar in your favorite marmalade, jam, or jelly mixture.

  • Add to fresh fruit and let sit for about an hour. The sugar mixes naturally with the juices of the fruit and at the bottom of the bowl, you will find a wonderful sauce, perfect for that cool dribbling effect off the side of Angel Food Cake, or use to brush into your cake layers for extra moisture before you frost.
