Ginger, Honey & Lemon Sugar Blend
A combo for the ages!
I’ve worked professionally as an actor. I played “Earth Mother” in the Los Angeles and Off-Broadway in a hit musical about Menopause! That meant singing 26 songs per show, 8 shows a week. As someone who belted to the back row, I came to appreciate the healing feeling of tea with ginger and lemon. But I have a sensitive tongue when it comes to ginger, and some pre-made teas were too spicy-hot for me. So, I created this wonderful Ginger & Lemon sugar blend to be used in any tea, and because I can vary the amount of sugar I put in, I can achieve the perfect balance of warmth, tartness, and sweetness.
Another kitchen secret: we slice and dice and mix our own candied Organic Ginger, so we know exactly where our ginger source comes from!
Pouches come in five sizes: 1 oz, 3 oz, 5.2 oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz (One Pound)
We use Certified Organic ingredients whenever available.
Vegan. Non-GMO. Kosher.
Allergy Alert: No wheat, soy, nut, sesame, dairy, or gluten is used in this recipe, BUT, we make and package it in a Certified Commercial Kitchen that handles a wide variety of foods. So, err on the side of caution if your allergies are dangerous.

Organic Cane, Turbinado, Demerara Sugars, Organic Fresh Cut Ginger, Organic Fresh Lemons, Organic Honey Crystals, Swedish Pearl Sugar, Organic Indian Jaggery, Chinese Yellow Crystal Sugars, Organic Lemon Zest., Yellow & Gold Sparkling Sugars (Cane Sugar, FDC Yellow #5 & #6, food grade Carnauba wax) Organic Lemon Zest, & citric acid (preservative).
Note: Alcohol Content of final product: > .5%
